Although we also have a BK in Lennep, we ALWAYS go to yours. Many say that BK tastes the same everywhere. No, there are huge differences!

Once again not getting what was ordered. Even with Drive in they don't get anything on the chain. Guys, be sure to check what you get (or rather don't get). The burgers also look puked. One star is still too many.

Please please please hire people in the kitchen who can read !!! But every time I order a burger with extra onions, I don't get any onions at all, because they always seem to read without reading in the kitchen. It's just annoying because a burger without onions doesn't work for me !!!!

We have been regulars for the longest time! The action today blew everything up. We ordered food online, waited 1 1/2 hours for the result - the food was COLD !! And that although the way Citizen King Residence is no further apart! (approx. 5min) Citizens cold, dessert mushy. After a complaint, they offered to deliver again, which of course would have taken 1 1/2 hours! Then I went down myself and didn't see if everything was there, my mistake. On arrival at home, half was missing, the employee's statement on the phone: they only said product x y z were cold, the rest were not. Okay, thank you € 35 for the bucket 😬

If you order at the car counter, you should have time ... a lot of time. You don't have to have many customers in front of you. It just takes too long from ordering to handover. That is slow food at its best. It is essential to check before departure whether everything that has been paid for is in the bag. It would also be advisable if you could understand the person at the car counter. I don't mean the acoustics but the accent.

Buying at the car counter is not advisable unless you check the contents directly on site. Usually something is missing, the sauces are very popular. Due to the size, we ordered in the restaurant, actually thought we had been paying attention ... still a burger was missing. Only noticed at home is all the more annoying.

The food itself is delicious, eating on site is pleasant and the toilets are kept clean. During the Corona situation, eating on site is difficult and often very crowded, i.e. no minimum distance. Unfortunately 2 star deduction, as the delivery service urgently needs to be worked on! The delivery time is usually between 70-90 minutes which is way too long! The food has already arrived cold and crushed several times. I also had the situation that there was no food and it was only delivered after 1 hour after I complained over the phone. That is, when it comes up, 2-3 months ago. I order regularly. There were good days in between, but still I sometimes wonder why they offer a delivery service if they can't get it sorted.

Just a joke you ordered 2 1/2 hours ago and it's still there, never let something be delivered, it's best to go there yourself because you get there faster

From 11 p.m. you can only eat in the rain and the most expensive menu doesn't even taste good.

The place was clean and tidy, the hygiene was also good. The order went smoothly and quickly. The toilets, however, were not that clean. Therefore only 4 stars

We had a big order. Staff was very kind, patient and respectful. Everything worked out wonderfully.

Staff friendly, food and drinks as known and expected. Outside area is a bit away from the street, but next to a petrol station. In relation to the customer visit, it could be much tidier and cleaner. I have now increased the rating by one star because a reply from the owner indicated an immediate response to my review.

The service has been friendly so far and I've never had any problems. The location is central and easy to reach. The taste, or rather the quality, of the food is typical for such a fast food chain. I would therefore rather recommend smaller restaurants, which are often a bit more expensive, but have much better to offer in terms of taste.

Delivery service, works! Eat good. As you know it from Burger King. If you like it and you want it to go quickly, it's always a good address.
